My Pump: mm 522

My new transmitter arrived a couple of days ago. Today was the end of day 14 for this sensor, so it was time to re-charge the transmitter, so I just hooked up my new transmitter and did 'start new sensor'.

For the next hour or so, I kept getting the 'lost sensor' error. It never would reconnect. It finally dawned on me that I probably needed to program in the new transmitter's id into my pump in order to get it to connect. Duh....

The interesting thing is that when your old sensor is getting ready to conk out, you can wear two, with both transmitters. When you are ready to switch to the new one, if it's been on at least 2 hours, all you have to do is change the transmitter id and do a start new sensor. Since the transmitter stores the data, there won't be any 2 hour start up time!
