As far as I know these are the same expect that the paradigm is integrated with the Medtroinc paradigm pump while the guardian isn't integrated with a pump. At one time there use to be some differences (the Guardian had predictive alerts while the paradigm didn't. This changed with the release of the VEO pump, so it wouldn't hurt to look into both. -------------------- Aaron
