Security is an important feature of Insulin Pump Forums, and to that end, all passwords are encrypted when you register. This means that we cannot email your password to you as we hold no record of your 'uncrypted' password. You can however, apply to have your password reset. To do this, click on the Lost Password link found on the log in page. You will be asked to enter your account username, OR the email address that you registered with. You will also be required, for security reasons, to enter a confirmation code shown in an image. A validation email will be sent to your registered address, containing a link with further instruction. If you have any difficulties with this process, please Email the Administrator
