Anyone have any experience with Coventry of Iowa Open Access?

Minimed contacted me for a 4 year upgrade. When their insurance department contacted Coventry, the girl at Coventry said that the policy only pays 50% of the device, with no deductible, but 100% of the supplies, and doesn't cover sensors if I get the CBGM. Doesn't seem to jive with what I remember when I first got the pump, and it also doesn't make any sense to the girl at MM. She said it could just be that the girl that picked up the phone at CS at Coventry was making a guess and was wrong. She offered me payment plan options if I so choose. Out of pocket for the pump will be roughly $1900 after the $500 trade in.

Anyone experienced anything similar?
