After my relative has recently cut his foot and the cut won't heal for a couple of weeks now regardless Bob follows all the doc's prescriptions, I've started a google research on the topic. Diabetic-md, as they tell, is a great aid which has all nutrients to help the wound to heal. Don't think it will hurt to try anyway as long it is an external medicine but if anyone has already tried it I'd like you to share your results.

I'd appreciate also any other info concerning the treatment of feet ulcers.

Has he seen more than one doctor? There is a wound care center here where I live. Before spending money on products sold over the internet I would find a doctor or facility that specializes in wound care, even if I had to drive hours to get there.

I have a friend (Fellow PWD) that had trouble with a cut on his foot that refused to heal. They did a T-cell transplant and the
wound started healing in just a few days.

Thank You guys, but what is a T-cell transplant? I've heard only of transplanting islet cells into the liver, is that the same?

Epidermal T cells are not present in most chronic wounds and studies have shown that
by introducing Epidermal T cells the wound healing process is accelerated.
Here's a article that may shed some light on the subject.

Here's my update on the experience with the wound healing of my relative. We went to the wound care center and showed them the article about that spray as well as the www Diabetc-md. They told us that they have heard of the product which they told "is not so bad" and and offered us some other options of treatment which were much more expensive though. After a while of thinking we went for the Diabetic-md because decided to try at first something cheaper. Well after two weeks of D-md and antibiotics the infection was conquered and the wound was healed.
